The first thing is to look at what you eat, try and cut of greasy food such as take aways, cheese, sweet things. It takes some getting used to, but the benefits of not eating these things for 5weeks or so is very noticeable. Then when you reintroduce them (if you decide to), keep it to a minimum, sugar is highly addictive so be careful not to eat a lot of it. Try and eat more fruits and vegetables, soups etc. And try going to a chinese medicine doctor, they can give you tablets and tea bags which will help you los weight more easily and stick to a healthy diet. Chinese medicine is more effective than any other medicine available. I am using the slimming tablets and tea at the moment, it is working wonders. Also if you use butter, switch to a light margarine.
