What is the best way to lighten hair?

The best way to lighten your hair is through using a hair dye product in order to do so.
The best thing is to get a shade that is a little bit lighter than your natural colour and apply all over if you want to have lighter hair all over.
If you don't want it all over then just use it for highlights or even for lowlights, to get the best result you could get it done professionally by a hairdresser.
