There is no way of knowing this.

First you need to get an active address, and these agencies change all the time so it might be you write to an old address.

Then it requires a celebrity who is a signer, not all of them reply and some are notorious for not responding to autograph requests apart from when the PR suits them (say signing for a book or a premiere or something like that).

Then you need to have a SASE inside so that they can send back to you, and finally they need to sign an actual autograph rather than a preprint, so take all that into account and there is a good chance you won't hear back. Also beware if you do hear back it can take literally years!
