What is the highest paying job in the world?

An interesting question.
It is very hard to define a highest paying job. Does this mean in terms of weekly wage or in the total money paid through share options, pension schemes and other perks?
Some billionaire entrepreneurs are probably best paid, when they award themselves a couple of billion after a good year.
In terms of every day jobs, sports people are very well paid and of course top actors and actresses too.
