What is the point of philosophy?
Question asked by: knowitall

The point of philosophy is very simple.
It is to ask questions about the world around us, in order to understand the environment in which we live and what that reality is really like, if it is a reality at all.
The idea is to develop knowledge and understanding into some of the most fundamental concepts of every day life.
