What is the ratio of red to yellow balloons?

Question asked by: clarence

Asked on: 08 Feb 2009

I've seen some hard questions, but this is one of those rare ones which is impossible!

You need to tell us how many red and yellow balloons there are in the question for it to be possible to answer this one.
