What is the sequence of 1,8,27 and 1,3,9,27,81?

The first sequence can be expressed numerically as:
n^3 (e.g. n cubed), for instance 1 cubed is 1, 2 cubed is 8, 3 cubed is 27.
The second sequence can be expressed as:
3 ^ (n - 1) - e.g. 3 to the power of n - 1.
For instance, 3^0 = 1, 3^1 = 3, 3^2 = 9...
