What is the US crossword style grid like?
Question asked by: mrquestion

The US style of crossword grid compares to the British quite differently because it has many less black cells than the British style of crossword grid.
In the US grid the puzzle has many many more runs and hence clues than the UK equivalent so whilst let's say a 15x15 puzzle in the UK might have around 30 clues in the US that would be up at around the 70 clue level or something like that.
