What is two player sudoku?

Two player sudoku is a version of the game where you solve the same grid but against another human.
You are both presented with the grid at the same time and work on completing it through to the solution; whoever gets there first is the winner.
Note there is another game where you play against the computer and have to create a valid grid. Whoever makes a mistake first and creates a grid that is not valid, loses the game.
