What role do the enzymes secreted by the pancreas play in the digestive process?

Pencreas produces: trypsine to digest polypeptides which were protien in the stomach,pencereatic amylase which turns maltose and other simple sugars into simper ones like glucos,last lipase which transforms lipids into fatty acids and glycerol
