What shampoo is the best one to use?

Try several different shampoos to find out which works best for you.
However you should ensure that you use one that fits your particular type of hair for instance greasy, dry or normal type of hair.
Also bear in mind that you will need to wash the hair a few times with a particular shampoo to see how it works for you.
