What should I wear for an interview?

For interview always assume that you should dress smart unless specifically told otherwise.
For men this means a trouser suit and tie. Ensure hair is well groomed, shoes polished and personal appearance also looks good.
Women should also dress smartly, business blouse or suit also preferable here.
