What should you do when you can't get to sleep?
Question asked by: mrquestion

When you can't get to sleep the best thing to do is to try and stay calm.
Some people find this very hard and get stressed which then acts to stop them getting to sleep at all in a rather unpleasant vicious circle.
If you really can't sleeo then you should consider sitting up for a short while and reading a book perhaps or just shoving a bit of television on. Avoid eating food or having something like tea or coffee. Then try to sleep again once you feel suitably relaxed.
