What sort of Toohpaste do I use to whiten my teeth ?

The majority of commercial toothpastes if not all should do the basic job of cleaning your teeth.
There are also some that contain compounds that will whiten the teeth because they contain small amount of bleaching agents too.
Read the packaging and get one that specifically gives reference to helping to whiten your smile or words to that effect.
