When air is put into a soccer ball is becomes curved. What is the mathematical principle behind this?

Presumably you mean the soccer ball becomes curved not the air? Because the individual air molecules do not become curved!

Anyhow this is due to the pressure of the gas which is applied equally at all points, therefore pushing out equally at all points makes the shape of the ball spherical.
