When and were did indian civilization first develop?

Indian civilisations and where they first developed - there are lots of websites on the history of these cultures and civilisations and therefore a thorough treatment is beyond what I can write in answer to this question so I suggest researching and looking at some of those for better answers than I could possibly give.
