To market your CV to recruiters for free, sign up with as many job websites as you can.
Then list your CV there and soon you should hear from recruiters looking for people with your skills and experience.
Good sites include gojobsite, reachforjobs, reed if applicable, michael page perhaps: in general a google search should reveal many suitable sites.
Then wait, and see what happens!
