Where should I go on a first date?
Question asked by: knowitall
You should go wherever you feel comfortable!
However bear in mind that the purpose of the first date is to get to know someone better.
This means that there is little point going to the cinema as you would just sit there and clearly not really get to know them when doing this.
Therefore pick somewhere you can be relaxed and chat, and maybe have some food too.
A sit down restaurant may be too formal so go for a cosy pub or bar perhaps and have a chat.

I find that the cinema is fine as long as you do something after, eg go for a meal.
