Which country has more powers

This question doesn't make sense.
More powers to do what?
Is it people power, political power, or some other sort of power again?
Generally there are a few countries in the world that are thought of as superpowers; those with powerful economies and also that have lots of high technology and therefore are able to pose a major threat to other countries of the world should they choose to do so, countries like America are historically seen as one of the most powerful there is.
