Who are the judges on Strictly Come Dancing?

The judges on Strictly Come Dancing in the UK are called:
Len, Arlene, Craig and Bruno.
They were selected to all bring something to the table but sadly some of them think they are the show rather than the contestants and come across as very arrogant on screen which is a shame as it detracts from the show.
They also get paid obscene amounts of money for what they do which almost led to the cancellation of the recent tour as the dancers were getting paid a few thousand for several shows and it was stated in a newspaper that the judges were getting over £10,000 for a single judging performance!
