Who invented photography?
Asked on: 14 Aug 2009
There is no answer to who invented photography.
Rather lots of small, incremental advances led to the generation of the first photographic devices and cameras through having a small aperture that allowed light through to some material that recorded the impact of the light hitting it.
It took great advances in chemistry and finding silver compounds that would react with the light in such as a way as to record a recognisable image that really brought about photography.
