Who is Duncan Bannatyne?

Duncan Bannatyne is a dragon on dragons den which is a BBC TV series where people pitch business proposals and people decide whether to invest in the idea or not.
Whilst dragons den is very repetitive and has annoying introduction and pointless voice overs it is actually quite a popular program and still doing well.
