Who is responsible?

My current job had mad a mistake on my paycheck and left out about $125. Realizing this I took it to my supervisor who fixed the problem. Two day later I recieved the second check for $125. Meanwhile, The day before that my rent check went through and bounced and I started getting all of these bounces that added up to about $360. If they would have payed me my entire paycheck this would not have happend. who is resposible for paying the overdraft fees?
