Who is the hair stylist to the stars?

There is no such thing as the hair stylist to the stars - basically there are lots of different celebrity hairdressers and stylists.
The best ones can make a fortune, or at least those who were in the right place at the right time, and some celebs even employ a hair stylist full time to look after their hair!
