Karl Marx was a philosopher, who died in 1883 and buried in North London, Highgate cemetery.
His famous work was The Communist Manifesto and he also wrote Das Kapital and the working of the capitalist economic system.
Famous Marx quotes are "Workers of the world, unite", and "The philosophers have only interpreted the world in various ways; the point, however, is to change it."
