Why do celebrities have such good skin?

Partly this is due to great make up skills by the make up artists, celebs are people and can get spots like anyone else!
However when they have acne you probably won't see them out, and also remember they have personal trainers and dieiticians and all sorts of people like that working around them to provide all sorts of advice that helps their skin no doubt.
