Why do companies go bust?
Question asked by: mrquestion

This can happen for a whole range of reasons.
The bottom line is that they don't have the money to cover their costs, they have spent more than they have taken in, and their backers will give them no more finance.
It could be due to a changing market, poor products, poor selling, poor marketing, bad luck even can play its part or a really good competitor coming up and stealing all the market share.
