Why does my hair go frizzy?

Your hair goes frizzy because it either gets dry or because there is heat that has been applied to it, or through being rubbed and stressed in some form.

Keep good care of your hair, try not to sleep on it or rub it hard, or to overheat it.

If you manage all of those things and take good care of your hair always with shampoo and conditioning and so on then you should manage to avoid getting frizzy hair.
