Why does perfume make me sneeze?
Question asked by: mrquestion

Perfume of course is made up of lots of little fine particles or a jet of a liquid that smells of something.
Now for most people that smell will be pleasant but if there is too high a concentration then it can literally get up your nose and your nose will view it as an irritant, and therefore this can cause you to automatically sneeze to try and get rid of the irritant.
