Why have i got spots on my head?

for the last couple of months my girlfriend has told me i have lots of small spots on my head some with small heads on them,i had one which stood out from the rest it was like a boil and i squeezed it and lots of puss came out, but the other spots are not like this, i have my hair shaved quite short, and dont suffer with spots anywhere else.I dont know whats causing them or what i should do to get rid? i use lots of solpadol for headaches i suffer from, could this be a cause?

It is always possible - if you are concerned then best to talk to your doctor.

It could simply be a bit of a greasy or oily skin in that region or if you touch your face with your hands in that area or sweat a lot - a good facial cleanser and a healthy diet and exercise tend to help - however do also talk to your doctor if you have concerns that medication could be causing the spots.
