Why is cellular repiration considered to be much more efficient than glycolosis alone?
Question asked by: BioCraze
Asked on: 31 Oct 2008
This is because the energy conversion is a lot more efficient, in that there are less waste products of the conversion such as heat and so on; this means that the process is more efficient as a greater percentage/ratio is converted into energy, hence it is deemed more efficient.
