Why is it important for the massage timing to be kept?

There are several reasons for this.

First of course the client may have a busy life and have other commitments therefore if it runs late or whatever then it will inconvenience them.

Second you run a business so if you have other appointments then you need to keep to those timings too.

And of course also if you give them too much or too little time then they might feel short changed and their massage will suffer as a result so there again you should stick to the timings.
