Why is it important that the massage timing is kept

im doing an assignment and am trying to find out why timing is so important to the massage,

Well if you are running a business then you will book in certain lengths of time for massage. If you overrun it is hard to run the business and also the client will get more than you charged for, later clients will be put out because the treatment is late starting.

So those are the practical reasons for it from the business viewpoint. Hope this helps.
