Why is it so hard to change bad habits?
Question asked by: mrquestion

Habits are things that we are used to doing, by definition.
Therefore any type of behaviour that we are used to doing or perhaps almost do in some sense automatically it is going to be quite hard to overcome.
However you just need to stick at it and be strong and if you can get over the first few weeks of breaking a habit then you are usually there.
