Why is the answer always 1 when any number is to the power of 0?
Question asked by: debs1921

This is a mathematical convention - any number to the power of 0 is 1.
There is no reason to think why this is or whether it makes sense, just knowing that is the case is all you need as it often catches people out who think that the answer is 0!
