Why is the sleep level decreasing with growth?
Question asked by: oceans
Asked on: 24 Sep 2008

The older we get, in general the less sleep we need. This is because when we are young we grow quicker and there is more repair and damage done to our bodies.
As we get older, we grow less and our metabolism slows slightly.
