The best way to lose the Christmas pounds is the same with losing any weight - exercise!

It's pretty simple really, when you do exercise your body uses up its energy resources more quickly. This means that the calories that are sitting there as fat start to get burnt after a reasonably sustained period of moderate level exercise... and so you start to lose weight as long as you don't start eating more proportionately.

Exercise is one of the best ways to lose weight, get fit and tone up in the process!

Yeah,guess u are right but it so difficult,especially when you are from africa.

Yes exercise is certainly difficult.

It takes a lot of commitment and hard work to lose weight.

That is why most people suggest and I think it is a good idea, to set yourself really small targets that you can be pleased with.

Don't say that you need to lose a whole stone, just set yourself a target of losing a couple of pounds. Then when you do that celebrate then set a new target. By setting lots of small targets to achieve you can make it a lot easier to lose weight and get lots of satisfaction along the way.
