Make Yourself Look Younger

Don't just think younger, look younger

If you want to look younger, then it is not hard. You just need to know what to do, the methods and techniques that can be used to look younger, and implement them.

One of the most important elements is with regard to dress.

If you are an older person don't wear the clothes that teenagers wear, as this can actually make you look older than you are, and age you! What you should do instead is aim for tasteful and timeless clothes that look good at any age.

As we get older we tend to put on a bit of weight, and so to minimise any impact this has on how old you look, wear black which is a slimming colour.

When people think about getting older, they often think about the face and wrinkles, losing shine and skin tone and general loss of skin condition.

One of the main tips is preventative, and that is to stay out of the sun as much as you can.

Yes, it might seem good to have a tan but that is actually skin damage taking place right there, and will cost you later in life with worse skin that wrinkles quicker and loses condition.

If you stay out of the sun now, your skin will be in much better condition later in life.

Also implement a simple but effective system with regard your skincare. This means regular exfoliation to remove dead skin, regular use of moisturisers to put the water and condition back into the skin, and there are also a range of products out there now in 'look young' ranges that will help to remove crows feet and facial 'stretch marks' and so on.

An important product to look for is one that puts the shine back into the skin, take a look around in your local beauty store which will probably have a range.

When you find a regime that works, the next important element is that you stick to it and don't get bored.

Give it a couple of weeks to make a difference and if nothing happens then try a different combination. Through a little trial and error we can usually all find something that works for us and will help to make you look younger, good luck!
