BEING YOU

ok i know everyone syas this but it really is important to be you. if there are certain qualities about you that you don't like, only change them if they don't affect you in a bad way. People that put you down say what they say to make themselves feel bigger. Dont let it get to you, wether what they say is true or not, take their comment in mind, and make sure that they never critise you about it again, for example saying your hair isnt nice, you can change it gradually and they'll have no reason to tease you again.this doesnt mean you have 2 change YOUR PERSONALITY, make sure that you keep all the good things about you.

RELATIONSHIPS

having a girlfriend or boyfriend may seem like the biggest thing. but if you think about it, how many secondary school romances make it to the big time, which is like 10-15 years away ? NONE. So why worry about it ? It IS true that it's nice to be in a relationship, but to be honest high school loves can just be flings that break your heart. Th experience can be good for the future, but it's not like you would MARRY them, which is like a 10 out of 100 percent chance. To be in a relationship means being mature, and if you do like somebody, get to know them PROPALY before making a move, and even then be gorwn up and not getting offended if you get rejected. Just keep your head held high !

SCHOOL TRENDS

school trends are the key to high status, or "popularity". yes this may sound shallow, but truly following the fahsion DOES help. Like getting the right fringe, getting the right shoes, or the right style of jumper, or maybe your types of EARINGS. don't over-do it though. have your own unique sense of fashion, following the crowd isn't the only way 2 be fashionable, sometimes you may find that people like YOUR fashion, and would copy YOU.

status groups and socialising with the right "cliques"

it's really important to understand this. there is a thing called the "rep scale" or the "popularity scale" everyone knows about it, but its never talked about, you just KNOW its there. okay confusing. anyway if your popular, people would talk to you, always be around you, and pay more attention to you. if you want to be one of them, you need to make friends with the right people, and be brave and strong, dont be shy. first impressions have to be PERFECT. honestly, it does. so make friends with a lot of people, and see how it goes :)

education

okay i know everyone wants to mess around AND be clever in school. it's not so easy though. i cant beleive im saying this, BUT TRY REALLY MEGA HARD with your work in year 8 and 9, they are REALLY SUPER important for you 2 pass you GCSE's and A Levels. Honestly, if you don't you'll deeply regret it in the future. I'de say try hard for the first 3 months in year 7, then start properly socialising, but make sure you dont cut yourself off from school life, it can be your downfall to socialising.

bullying

firstly, i know everyone says this but tell the teacher if your bullying is serious. of course, it can make things worse for your "rep" and you could be called a "grass" or a "snitch", but you can avoid any of this happening at all. Bullying is linked in many ways to socialising. if you make a enormous amount of friends, from all aspects of school and diffrent cliques, theres much less chance of you getting bullied because they would know you have enough friends to back you up. also, stand up for yourself! in year 7, i got bullied by a girl, i stood up. i slapped her ! im not saying it was good, but it helped me a million times, and it got me to be friends withh the right people, and to teach her a lesson ! if it's a boy bully, it's not so easy, btu show them who's boss, no matter how big their rep is or who they are. it is actually THAT simple, i know it doesnt sound like it, but i have had enough proper experience to last me a life time, so trust me. :)

finally ... YOUR SELF ASTEEM ( the most important bit

FOR GIRLS.

i know prettyness, looks, blah blah MATTER. but being you can help a hell of a lot. its a common known fact that if you keep your head held high, 20% more people will respect you, not for your looks or whatever, but for your high standards. it honestly wokrs, so simple yet effective. putting yourself down wont help in the slightest. you only have one chance at life, why waste it moping around? be you, be true, and keep your head held damn high !!

FOR BOYS.

yeah it's true that if you dont have a desighner £50 jacket and 4-7 good branded bags, you seem pretty much .. sad. or a loser. but you dont need all this ! have your own unique style, putting yourself down because other boys have better clothes wont help. you can have that in time !!
( i know alot of boys do bussiness by selling cheap sweets in school for a big amount of money on late lunches, people are so hungry they buy them ! ) you could do this, it may help you save up.

okay thats all the advice ive got, if you want anymore help mail me ! ide only be too happy to help. thankyou, and bye !!!! :D xxxxxxx
