Are A levels worth the bother?

I'm nearly in yr 11 and in January I get asked if I want to stay on for A levels, is it worth it. If I do A levels I want to do A level Singing, Acting, Art and maybe child care or media studies or English something like that but even if I do A levels at my school they don't offer all the subjects I want to do. Are there any schools that do all the options I'm thinking about or shall I just leave school after yr 11?
