The best way to lose weight is to go on a controlled diet.

This means that you lose weight in a measured way, and not in one big go which is dangerous and can do more harm than good.

What you should try to do is eat healthy food and also increase the amount of exercise that you do.

Still have a breakfast and still eat your regular meals, but replace fatty foods with something like chicken or fish and vegetables.

By eating a similar amount but in a healthy manner and increasing the amount of regular exercise you take you should start to lose weight, but always consult your doctor before starting an exercise program and for expert advice.

A good way to loose weight is to do lots of different exsercise or just cut down on your food

The best way to loose weight is eat lots of friut and veg, do a lot of sports like yoga, running, bench ball, football, hocky. and eat less
