Cupressus wilma

I have a lemon scented cupressus wilma growing in front of my kitchen window , it is about 8 years old and about 7 foot. Is it likley to cause any damage to my property with its roots, I never expected it to grow so big

Cupressus Goldcrest Wilma is an evergreen conifer with bright green, lemon scented foliage. and also is easy to grow in sun or part shade, sheltered spot, must be keep moist at all times . Excellent to watch it grow that big
