Decorative Garfield light switch

My friend has a decorative Garfield light switch she wants me to take down so she can give it to her son who is getting married next month.

She has long since lost the instructions on how to install it, and so we can't use that to uninstall it. She'd prefer I didn't break it.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Just out of interest is a Garfield light switch the name of a particular type or style of light switch, or is it a Garfield light switch as in the cartoon?
