Buy some spot cream!

There are loads of them in the shops I have found that they work well BUT you have to get the stronger ones from behind the pharmacy counter in Boots, the ones on the main shelves are too weak to work.

A tough one this... it's not really possible to get rid of spots overnight.

All you can do is to cover them up during the day with a cover up stick, there are lots of these, or you can just cake it in foundation

Then at night use a cream to treat and dry out the spots, then use foundation again to cover it until it has gone.

There are sooo many myths about this vast issue, and from my own experiance, i am going to let you into a little secret of mine ..
WATER!!! Water really does help, trust me. It cleanes ur skin, preventing the grease to rise into the pauses.
However, u MUST be difficult

this does help, however only on certain skins.
