If a light beam strikes a mirror at 50 degrees to the horizontal, what angle will the reflected light make with the mirrors??

Your question is not clear. If a light beam strikes a mirror at an angle of 50 degree with the mirror, the reflected light beam also makes an angle of 50 degree with the mirror. Here angle of incidence = 90 - 50 = 40 degree.

Considering the Normal is perpendicular to the mirror surface now when the light ray incident to the mirror at angle theta with respect to the normal then the reflected ray should be equal to theta angle so in your case the angle is made 50 deg to horizontal so with respect to normal it is 40 deg that is angle of incidence is 40 deg so angle of reflection is equal to angle of incidence so angle of reflection is 40 deg.
