If its something like a formula you need to remember, make a massive picture of it in your head, colour it, put a background to it of say trees and a sky, add a clown holding the formula , make the picture move. I know it sounds ridiculous but the more ridiculous the better!

The more bizarre your picture is the more you will remember it. If you need to link things together like words or numbers, make a picture with the words or numbers in it, for eg e=mc2 , e could be the pill e(Ecstasy)that is animated, and he is on stilts and thinks to himself the stilts look like a vertical = , he then falls over a giant m n m person (the chocolate) and m gets angry because e made him knock over a square house of cards.

Ok that was really crap i apologise. But if you play this animation over in your head i guarantee you will remember it. Of course make your own one up relating to whatever you need to remember. The more ridiculous, colourful, bigger and moving the film is the better!

Just practice this a few times and you will soon get the hang of it.
Linking pictures also works for things like remembering a shopping list.

Yes write what you can in your books. But when your at home studying put the radio on quietly in the back ground and if you stop to eat or go loo and come back to it then start sort of 5 mins back or a paragraph. Do you know what i mean by that?

Try to forget what u have taught. Then see what is happening to u. If things get better, follow the process, otherwise not.
