How to motivate her?

My brothers younger daughter is so irritating at home and she doesnot want to go school.We tried every method but she seems stiff on her stand.How to motivate her?

U r brilliant. So, I am not advising u. I am just suggesting u that u have to find out the reason, why she is less interested in the school. And then try to eradicate the problems. I don't know her age.
