I'm so unmotivated about school

Hey, since starting year 10 this time last year, I have been so unmotivated about doing my school work. Last year I got in with the wrong crowd, about 70% of them did drugs too, anyway, last year I didn't care about homework, projects, it's not that I'm not capable; I just passed all my Science GCSE'S and in all my coursework I got mostly A grades, and my lowest grade was B. I just didn't bother seeing as I was passing my actual exams.

I have just started Year 11, and since I'm doing my GCSEs this summer I want to get as organised, motivated and hard working as I can. I would be greatful for any tips, thanks guys, Peace

Let me tell u something if u wanna catogorize good friends and bad friends just notice who is with u when u are trouble honestly!! some are trying to make fun of u and some are get advantages,well be courage,just close ur eyes and think i can do it, then after a while do your works hard as u can
