Pets (what type of hamster shall i get?)

Hi everyone

I will be getting a hamster for my birthday and i do not know what type of hamster to get a dwarf hamster or a syrian hamster? I have heared that syrian hamsters are better if you wnat to pick the hamster up but dwarf hamster are hard to catch and pick up is this true?

Please halp me as birthday is very near and will have to make decission very quick please give any helpful advice if you own any type of hamster and what you think of them.

I would get a syrian hamster, the dwarf hamsters may look cute but the syrans are easyier to look after.

Syrian hamsters and Dwarf hamsters

I would get a syrian hamster because they are easier to catch and if you get a dwarf hamster then they normally have to be in pairs. i wanted a dwarf hamster before i got my hammy because i didnt know and they told me so now ive got my gorgeous little boy.

I had a dwarf hamster and they are not hard to catch,they are gorgeous and it is also good when you clean out its cage.so good luck choosing and happy birthday
