How can i get rid of spots that r on my back??????

And remember, diet can be a main cause of spots appearing in unwanted places.

I just used sudo crem on my face to see if it worked and i had a spot explosion abd i have a huge party in a week how can i clear it quickly with out spending too much!!! helpp

Hey I have just started to use HRI Clear Complexion Tablets and already find that my spots are clearing up really well.
Before I got them I tried everything so I asked a pharmacist in my local boots what to use and she reccommended these as her sister used them and they really worked.

Hey, i am 15 And i am Suffering with Spots.
it is really effecting my confidence and i am sick and tiered of them!! I could just wish i had clear nice Skin. Please can anyone suggest the best possible thing to do to get rid of them.

Just eat the right foods, your body needs certain acids and minerals in order for it to work properly, folic acid is important and can be found in for example spinach, asparagus, turnip greens, and lettuces. Your body is pretty much just a mixture of acids and water, so water is needed in your body, so drink lots, recommended 7 glasses a day, dont drink too much..that can cause bad damage and make you ill.

Hi everyone i had spots for a long time ok about 7 months it was so annoying i tried evey thing from the cheapest to the most expensivest product nothing worked i tried every thin like drinking water no choclate (which was so hard)no fatty foods e.g greasy food i clensed toned everything still no luck so i went do see my doctor and he gave me oral tablets called by-mcyn and duac spot cream (which is like miracle cream)he said take the tablets 4 three months and they will go but the went within a week im of the tablets now and still no spots and the odd occasional one i use duac so you should really try it out i can promis it will good luck.x

To remove spots permanently is very difficult i also deal with this same problem u can meet some good dermatologist they will give u some cream to apply that can only lighten ur spots

they are not very bad but they still embrasses me. i have tried everythign from creams to toothpastes and nothing seems to get rid of them. can someone please tlel me something that might work fast and that isnt to expensive
